Summary:
This stylish, new construction house is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer. Downtown and most beaches are only a 15 minute drive away.

3 bedrooms plus a pull out sofa bed ensure you have enough room for all. If not, you can rent the sister home next door to double your space.

We are your hosts as well as the property owners and take great pride in giving you a 5 star experience. Happy guests are our number one goal!

The Space:
The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with attached full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a full sized bathroom in the hallway. The living room has a sleeper sofa with 2 additional chairs and a large smart tv. There is counter and table seating for dining. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential tools.

Guest Access:
The entire house and yard are yours to enjoy.

The Neighborhood:
There is a 2 hours limit on street parking. Cars will get ticketed if parked there longer than 2 hours.

Getting Around:
While there is public transportation through the bus system, we suggest renting a car or using Uber/Lyft to get around.

Once you are in downtown St. Augustine, most attractions are within a short walking distance, or you can use the Trolley system to get around.

Booking and check in process was a breeze! Immediate and prompt response from host when I had any questions and was able to reach any time, even up to a week before! Home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. easy accessible door lock, we were in and out as needed easily and we were within 5-8 mins from st george st and basically everything we wanted to do was a quick drive. We were so happy to come home here to a relaxed quiet place after all the long days out having fun! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this wonderful rental!

There are many positives about this lovely cottage: its location is on a very quiet side street, the cottage is beautifully decorated and functional, has extremely comfortable furnishings, easy access to historic downtown & highways; prompt and helpful communications with the owners. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We would definitely rent this property again. Many thanks to the attentive owners.
