Location for the place is wonderful. We had a rough check-in and had to contact management and wait to get in for a bit. K cup coffee maker didn’t work . Now the view and the beach you cannot beat. Being located this close to the beach as well as the grocery store across the street was a huge bonus. Saw tons of marine life at the beach and we loved that. Overall a pleasant experience with beautiful location.

Beautiful location and accommodations. Very small issue with door code, but was resolved quickly. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The view and location were fantastic. The house property and the exterior property was sorely lacking. The guest bath shower door was broken and would not slide closed.The master bath shower was too small for an adult to use.The Keurig was broken and we had to request a new one three times by phone. Also, there were no fresh towels. I requested them and never received them.The front window screens had holes in them. The front porch furniture needs to be replaced. It is uncomfortable and needs paint.The outdoor yard needs to be cleaned up from dead plants and there is no latch on the gate.The trash bins were not where the instructions said they would be. They were out by the road and I didn't even know if they were ours.The price paid for this rental should have had all these things fixed. It was very expensive.

Positives : Can't beat the view and just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Place was clean. Very pet friendly as was the beach. Location is wonderful, grocery across the street and plenty of good restaurants close. Negatives: Microwave and coffee makers did not work. Contacted host, very responsive . But we were there for 11 nites and no attempt to fix or replace microwave or coffee maker. Main rug in living area does not have a good oder if u attempt to lay on floor. Overall, no major complaints. Good clean place and hard to complain when ur right on beach.

Fabulous location!!!

The place is great! Comfortable beds, plenty of room, gorgeous kitchen, amazing view. Clean and well appointed. Our ONLY issue was the check in process. Code provided but did not work…code provided for lock box with key and that also would not open. 40 minutes later a code was provided that worked. After that we had no issue with the code. Would stay here again.

Perfect location

We had the balcony upper unit with stunning view. Steps from the beach and to the village. The home was very pleasingly furnished and comfortable. Some minor issues with cleanliness of shower heads and maintenance kept from a 5 star cleanliness rating and the door key pads don’t work. We were quickly helped to find the key lockbox happily. Neither of these issues will keep us from staying there again.

A room with a view

The view from this rental cannot be better. We loved watching the sun rise each morning sipping on our coffee. It was great having your own beach access. Plus, the location was fantastic if you needed groceries or went to the historical district. Highly recommend this place.
