As soon as you step inside the condo you'll enjoy an amazing ocean view from this second floor unit and enjoying the view from the oversized corner balcony is such a delight! The balcony is accessible from the living room as well as the primary bedroom. This condo has a vintage beach vacation feel with light peach walls yet with modern touches such as new waterproof flooring and new charcoal grey couches. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a full size washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a king sized bed in the primary bedroom and the private en suite bath has a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds as does the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest". The second bathroom has a walk in shower. As this is a Silver rated condo some of the appliances and décor have not be updated recently.
All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
