Excellent Location!!

This is a great property. It was well maintained. I appreciated the availability of recycle bins and washer/dryer. Perfect location for walking to downtown. If you’re a Flagler parent it is very close to the school. I would definitely book here again.

Safe quiet area..excellent location walkable to all restaurants, attractions etc. Apt complex is beautifully landscaped, units arespotless, updated and very comfortable. A/C, humidifier and fans. Ample walk in shower. Kitchen is small but mighty we cooked multiple full meals, has everything you need. Communication with owner is excellent and very responsive.We have stayed here multiple times and high quality is consistent.

Clean and close to historic downtown

My partner and I stayed on the bottom floor of one of these units. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for us. The kitchen was on stocked with the amenities we needed, especially the coffee! This location was within walking distance of the historic area And multiple restaurants.

Walkablity is the key

Our third stay! The Flagler neighborhood is perfect.We park our car and don’t move it for the entire week.Restaurants, coffee shops, shops, museums, galleries, all within an easy walk, and we’re in our 70s.

Provided everything needed

The location is perfect and very safe. The other vacationers staying there are very pleasant and friendly. Everyone sits on the porch in the morning and evening enjoying it outside. Everything was provided inside. The kitchen is well stocked. Soaps are provided. Extra blankets and plenty of extra towels are provided. Things I would improve is a better cleaner. The smell is extremely strong when first entering and needs to be aired out. I'd upgrade the bedroom furniture to something more substantial. You can buy nice lamps and furniture at consignment stores and Facebook marketplace. And, the pillows were way too thick. I have neck issues and needed a pillow more easy on my neck. The parking area is awesome and I hear there is even laundry facilities but I didn't use it. I mostly kept my car parked there and walked everywhere. Great neighborhood. You can't go wrong with this place. Very clean. The other things I brought up are minor improvements just to make the place feel that much nicer but don't get in the way of the functionality and cleanliness of the place.

The apartment was extremely clean and accommodating, quiet and safe neighborhood. Very close and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Wonderful location

Our stay in St. Augustine was terrific. The property was perfectly located, an easy five minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the historic district with all of its attractions and great restaurants. Perfect location…. nice and quiet with everything we needed, and more. The apartment was very comfortable, warm and well appointed……we enjoyed coming back “home” after being out. Our host, Kirsten was available and helpful. We loved the few days we spent in St. Augustine and would gladly visit this property again! Thanks

Comfortable and Quiet

Clean and comfortable. Though we didn’t use all of the amenities, the hosts tried to think of everything you might need and succeeded. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping etc.
