Step into Island Life and bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our Home Away from Home is newly furnished, comfortable and situated between the Intercoastal and the white sandy beaches of Anastasia Island. Just a short walk, bike ride, or drive (0.5 miles) to one of the most beautiful beaches. Great for family gatherings, entertaining, and enjoying the sunsets in a peaceful setting.

Our Home Away from Home Beach House has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and it is great for multiple families or a group of friends. There is enough parking for 4 cars and a washer/dryer is provided. The house has high speed WiFi and 5 smart TVs as well as an outdoor patio with a grill.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, generous closet and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a very large shower. There is also an airmattress available for use in the closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of storage space and it is the other bedroom attached to the jack-and jill bathroom.

The third bedroom has a full size bed and its own sliding glass door leading to the backyard.

The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with stairs and trundle for a total of three beds in the room. It also has generous storage and a Smart TV.

We have included a pack-and-play (one set of sheets is provided) and a highchair for the kiddos.

If any additional sleep space is needed the Game Room Includes a pull out couch.

We provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and 1 roll of Toilet Paper/bathroom and 1 roll of Paper Towels.

The large, completely updated kitchen is equipped with all new state-of-the-art appliances and the coffee and wine bar is equipped with Sugar, creamer, tea bags and a few Keurig coffee pods. Keurig, coffee pot and french press is available.

Our Home Away from Home is close to everything St Augustine has to offer: The Lighthouse and Alligator Farms. A-List Concerts at the Amphitheater, Nights of Lights Holiday Festivities in Downtown St. Augustine. Anastasia Island offers the most pristine and beautiful beaches and it is only a short 10 minute walk away.

There is something for all ages with board games, ping pong table, large screen TV, WiFi, and it is all on one level.

The main living area has the most amazing farmhouse ceiling that you have to see to appreciate. It includes a comfortable leather couch and a huge tv to watch movies or the big game.

The backyard patio has lounge seating and who can restist a good game of corn hole in the backyard.

Surf boards, boogie boards, beach tent, cooler, beach chairs and wagons are available for guests. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after the beach and it includes hot water.

Pets considered on a case by case basis. Pet fees apply. Please inquire before bringing pets to ensure you do not incur additional fees.
