Everything was great, but I had to make some changes to my reservation and I was charged a penalty fee which I think I shouldn't of payed. As I stayed at their hotels (Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Gulmarg) for the rest vacation. I only changed the locations.

Don't go with name, you can't find any real Radisson standards. No variety in food and breakfast is very bad.

The stay was comfortable in well kept rooms. centrally located & walking distance from dalgate. only suggestion is to bring in more choice in the 24 hours food menu
