Good Room, Nice decorations for Christmas. Bautiful pond, and fountain. Good Restaurant. Only inconvenience is that the Swimming pool is some walk away.

The personnel at the Check-In Desk were outstanding. Besides helping you exchange your money, the welcome truly felt like a friend seeing a friend again! They helped with taxi's , internet connections, immediate service in getting an adapter for the wall plug for my computer, smiles, helpful etc. What more can I say except, "OUTSTANDING SERVICE". I stayed in a room on the top floor, which included access to the Executive Club Lounge. The Lounge had a huge selection of food and beverage essentially all day long, and the staff there couldn't have been nicer, or more professional and accommodating. I was there for four days holiday, so I indeed spent most of the time in the hotel and got tremendous value from the Executive lounge. But beyond that, there is a superb outdoor pool, tennis courts, restaurants, etc. I also greatly enjoyed the view from the room and took plenty of walks in the surrounding neighborhoods and beach.
