We’ve stayed here before, and this time we noticed a real difference. The sheets looked newer and felt much softer, and the room had a fresher feel overall. The manager also checked on us during check-in, which was a nice touch.

My main complaint is both with hotels.com and this facility. When I initially set up a whole hotel reservation for a two night stay starting that night but the hotel.com app defaulted to a week from the current day. I recognized that error immediately an attempted to a defaulted to that day. The app said it couldn't help, so I had to create a new reservation. This is a simple error and should have been dealt with as such at no cost to the end user. But neither hotel.com nor the facility would offer a credit for a simple error. Total nonsense I will never use hotel.com nor stay at this facility again.

Shower door was glass and it wouldn’t stay shut. Shampoo was empty so had to go to the front desk and ask for some. Breakfast area looks like they are afraid to fill it up, have to go super early or you don’t get anything. Paid with cash and when checking out your suppose to get a deposit back and they act like they don’t want to give it back. Other then that the room was pretty decent.

Good hotel

Hotel is very clean and up to date. The beds are not as comfy as desired. Shower is nice and powerful and the bathroom is well lit. Breakfast did not have too many options. Overall it is a great hotel just need some fine tuning.

Location and Convenience 5 Stars - The room was modern (pretty basic and bare) and there was daily fresh towels and bathroom cleaning. Comfy bed, good TV. The fridge did not get cold enough even when turned up all the way for 3 days. The morning breakfast was basic, but fine and well stocked. Pet friendly 😼. There is a workout room. The lobby is bare and it looks like there may be ongoing renovations. Overall, good value for the money.
