The lack of an elevator really is an issue unless you are lucky enough to be on the first floor or just have a couple duffel bags. Otherwise a very nice large room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was standard and pretty sparse by 8am, although they did start refilling it after we'd let them know.

The first time we stayed here I gave a bad review which was years ago and we've stayed there many times since then. It has improved greatly since they first opened. The staff is friendlier, it seems cleaner and the breakfast is good.

Nice motel, clean. Had great staff with the exception of one young man at the front desk. Had trouble making the keys work on outside door, had them rekeyed twice, still to no avail, and the 2nd day, after having to walk from the middle to the end of the hall, my husband was told that they don't always work. Not how can I help you, not Lets try a different key, etc. He was rude and totally without personable customer service. The other two front desk people we encountered were extremely helpful and personable . Unfortunately we did not get their names.
