You won’t be disappointed

Pleasantly surprised. Remodeled, rooms and decor were perfect. Loved the breakfast and all the choices. Location gave easy access to many restaurants. Probably in the top 5 hotels I have stayed at. If my travels take me back to Lamar Colorado, this is where I will be staying.

The hotel was great on adjusting and finding rooms after only one of three rooms was sent over from the site. Wasn’t happy with the booking being messed up, Hotels.com did refund pretty promptly and customer service was great

When I entered the room, the temperature was 60 degrees. Three hours later, after adjusting the thermostat, it was 61 degrees. Due to the lack of heat, I ended up checking out after staying four hours. The hotel would not refund my money.
