Perfect!

Perfect! One house between you and the ocean, however, you STILL have a beautiful view of the ocean from the back deck and the kitchen! The house is clean with plenty of bath towels and a well appointed kitchen that even includes waffle maker. My only regret is not staying longer. Thank you!

PINE ISLAND EXPERIENCE

PATRICK, THE OWNER, MADE THE WHOLE EVENT SO ENJOYABLE. HE WAS ALWAYS READY TO ASSIST US WITH EVERY QUESTION AND NEED. THE ISLAND IS ALSO CLOSE TO MANY OTHER IMPORTANT AREAS INCLUDING RESTAURANTS, GROCERIES, CVS, ETC…WE WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE.

Family vacation

Very nice quiet island.Nice house, met our expectations. Owners were very accommodating although they could have been a little more responsive. Kayaks were very nice ,used them in the evenings as the sun was going down. Overall a great place and we would stay again.

Perfect beach getaway

This house is just perfect. Very clean and very well stocked. I couldn't believe how many nice towels and wash cloths were there. The house is just steps away from a very private beach. We probably only saw 5 people the whole time we stayed there. The showers were nice and the air conditioning worked great. The property owners were great to communicate with and the price was right. 10/10. I highly recommend this property.

The location was wonderful!

I husband and I stayed for a week. The house was great we loved the location and the view of the gulf was beautiful. We saw dolphins on two separate occasions. We also saw sting rays, blue crabs, horseshoe crabs, hermit crabs and several different types of fish. All of these were seen right outside the house we stayed at. The beach was very private and we hardly had to share it with anyone else. There is a public park at the end of the island that was very busy most of the time we were there but looked like it would be fun for kids. The house is also close to Weeki Wachee river we kayaked on this and we were able to see manatees. The spring is also very clear and has some great spots on it. There is also Weeki Wachee state park very close where you can watch the mermaid show and enjoy a river boat tour. We did have a problem with one of the kayaks at the house we went out on them the second day we were there and one of them sank. It was not a fun time getting back to shore but we made it. The hosts were great about responding and offered to rent us a kayak. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful little beach house

The house and location was wonderful. Just steps from a private little beach where the kids loved seeing crabs and the water was calm and shallow in the little cove, perfect for exploring and swimming when the tide came in. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. 10/10, definitely recommend!
