Newly remolded room had issues with new paint peeling off tub when taking a showing. Here’s the note I sent to the manager: We had an unusual problem with our bathroom(the paint came off the tub when I took a shower), we noticed a freshly painted smell when we checked in, but it wasn’t a concern at first. Before I bathed my two children in the bathroom tub I took a shower first, and the paint on the bottom of the tub would just rub off(see the pictures below). This is a concern, there is still a paint smell, I decided to leave the bathroom door closed so the exhaust fan could help with the fumes. I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures, I was offered another room with two queen beds but not one with a bathtub and due to the time of night just can’t move the family to another room(to just not bath). I have my Wife and two young children with me(6 and 3 years old). Please review the pictures. Can anything else be done?

The staff were excellent! Specifically, Heather at the front desk. I needed to make some changes to our reservation 4 days prior to arriving and she was very helpful when I contacted the hotel with relevant information and ensured our stay fit our schedule. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here.

Everything excellent, only thing was that we booked a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed and the room they give us was without the sofa bed, other than that was great. Staff very friendly :)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The room was clean and the cleaning staff came in everyday to keep it that way. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there the next time I am in the area!
