Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place, Close to GU and min to downtown areas.

There are 5 separate rooms in the house that are all rented out to other guests, there are 2 shared bathrooms and 2 shared kitchen areas.

Each room has its own mini fridge with a small freezer, smart tv's with access to Netflix.

We also have a coffee and tea bar available to all guests.

We provide one roll of toilet paper and some paper towels for each stay.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Comfy Room!

Comfortable bed, clean room at a great price! On a nice wide street for easy on-street parking. Common areas, especially shared bathroom, not so clean unfortunately. Dirty floors, counters and mirror in bathroom also dirty. Same dishes in kitchen sink all week. Trash not emptied. Room itself was great tho!
