One block from Perry Street Pizza, Perry Street Brewing, coffee and juice shops, yoga, and more. The South Perry Farmers Market runs every Thurs. from May to Oct.

Quick access to I-90, 15 minutes to Spokane International Airport. Downtown Spokane, hospitals and Gonzaga are even closer.

The front porch offers a quiet location to enjoy the sunrise or sunset as friendly neighbors walk dogs in the neighborhood.
