OK this hotel is ancient. It looks terrible from the outside. I mean "will I die here" look. However, the rooms have been redone. I found my room very clean, fresh, new and comfortable. The staff were a joy to talk to and helpful.

Room was large and bed was fine. No hangers to hang up clothes, although they brought me 5 hangers three days later. I was charged a parking fee at the end of my stay, even though the Orbitz website claimed "free parking".

Was in a very terrible area don't recommend for family stays. The hotel room was decent, lots of yelling at night. Staff was very nice

Friendly staff except the people who ran the breakfast room they were rude but other than good place

This hotel was easy to get to and the staff was very polite. The room had been recently remodeled and seemed clean but it smelled very musty like old cigarettes. Staff there at first refused my refund but did quickly agree to give me back my money but claimed to not smell anything when they went into the room. They are still in the process of remodeling and have old mattresses in the parking lot and broken apart cabinetry just laying out on the ground. The pool is not able to be used yet so the kids were sad but I'm not knocking them for that. At this point I would keep searching for a place to stay but I can tell the owners are making an effort to clean the place up, maybe in the future it might be worth the stay.

For the price and location the Days Inn in downtown Spokane is a great value , The place is being renovated and the rooms that are ready are clean , quite and well furnished with microwave , fridge and very comfortable beds !

Good hotel for the money. Better than I thought it would be.

Better than expected for $50. Very convenient downtown location.

the reason we were out there, is because of a death in our family

This was the worst place I have ever stayed, not only was the room dirty but it smelled of smoke and urine. We had no towels in the bathroom and had to request them. The lock on the door was broken. Many homeless people seemed to hang out here and we did not feel safe.

The actual hotel is different from pictures. The worst service, incredibly dirty room, no towels, no in-room phone, stains on the sheets and pillow covers. We wasted our money and time.

The place was nasty, carpet had black spots everywhere and curtains were falling. At the time of booking it says (high speed internet) while it was the worst internet ever. This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed AT...!

Hotel was fine after a long family adventure.. No complaints

The trip was nice u just had to wait for your towels a lot

Great thank you very much! Very convenient! Appreciated the friendly staff.

This is our 2nd stay. It went well. Thank you! We love that it was down town and close to everything. Place was clean and safe very friendly.

Stayed 2 nights room had light switches that didn't work. Staff was nice though.

For $50/night, I expected it to be not great, but I didn't expect it to be *that* bad... It was *that* bad. The rooms smelled awful. We slept in our sleeping bags on top of the beds to avoid getting in the beds. Spend a little more and you'll probably get a much better value.

This hotel gets worst every time. Now they charging you for parking...serious? Very disappointed.

Where to start check in took forever.printer was down so. Receipt had to be written by hand.the toliet was lop sided, hole in the wall brought it to they're attention didnt offer to change me rooms.police sirens going off every hour.every day i had to find house keeping insteas of knocking at the door.i will not stay again
