If you’re searching for places to stay and going by reviews then this is your place. Appartment is great in the old stone yet renovated interior. Tifani is a great host, touching base as soon as we booked. Only a couple of hundred meters from the water. A gem of a place

We had a great stay. They were very responsive and attentive to our needs and request. Breakfast was homey and delicious. Location was excellent so close to old town, busses, ferries and tours , so easy to get around from the hotel.

We were in Split for several days in June. The room was comfortable but maybe a bit small for three people. I feel like this might be the case in this area of the country being it is a VERY popular tourist destination. Good location. Easy to walk to port or old town.

The property was in an excellent location, the staff were great and very communicative and the room was beautiful. I am leaving a poor review because the bed was terrible. Sleeping on the floor might have been better since the bed was so hard and lumpy. Neither my fiancé or I got any much needed sleep.

Warning - fake address

Be warned - the address and map for this room is a lie. They put the address of their "company office" on the listing so that the location appears much better than what it is. If you scroll down to the fine print you will see the true address hidden: Vukovarska 12. The area seems a little dodgy and unclean, and of course much further from the old city than you are expecting.

Beautiful room, amazing service, very clean, great location and breakfast is included! Luca was very helpful and the cleaning staff did a great job. Definitely recommend people booking it. Only slight issue, no lift to rooms and breakfast was quite limited for vegetarians. No croissants or mixture of cereals

Cosy stay just beside the old palace walls

Very nice and comfortable stay just beside the old palace walls close to Silver Gate. Luka was friendly and came to guide us navigate to the self-parking which is just a few minutes walk from the stay. Breakfast provided is a simple but fulfilling egg meal inside the palace walls. The location was so convenient that we were able to return to stash our shopping and take a break twice in a day.

Great location for access to old town

In a residential area a couple of streets walk (5 minutes) to the beautiful old town of Split. Very clean and the booking and communication service was very helpfully managed by Luka who met us at the apartment and gave tips for our stay.

Nice welcome to Croatia

Fabulous location and clean, modern, renovated rooms. We had the family room which was open and spacious for our kids. Breakfast was hearty portions inside Diocletian’s Palace. Luka coordinated our taxi from the airport which offered a seemless transition to the heart of Split.

A great experience overall, and Luka is a great and informative host. Amazing location, right next to the Palace. The only issue we experienced is upstairs neighbors who made noise at all hours of the night.
