Beautiful 80 m2 apartment in the heart of Split located on the second floor in 250 years old historic stone building surrounded by narrow Old Town streets with shopping, galleries, cafes and restaurants.
Comprising a spacious bedroom and a vast living room overlooking on the main town promenade Marmontova Street, apartment provides a TV, air conditioning and free WiFi access. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a toster. Featuring a large bathroom with a shower cabin and a hair dryer, a washer and a dryer.
The apartment is in the very center, so no cars allowed in the surrounding of 100 meters.
I am always available for any information and recommendation, if you need anything during your stay don`t hesitate to ask.

The location of this property is perfect for exploring Split.Natalia met us at the property and showed us round. She showed us on a map the location of recommended shops, restaurants etc. the property was spacious, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well equipped with numerous extras provided. It exceeded expectations and we really enjoyed staying there.

Fabulous!

This flat is amazing, exactly as presented online. Clean and well appointed - all amenities accounted for, including a great coffee machine for those who crave their morning java. Natalia is an extra special host - very accommodating, excellent communication and provided a personal walk through of the space and great recommendations for restaurants. Location cannot be beat - in the historic old Town providing many nooks and crannies to explore and unlimited dining options, including water side. We would definitely recommend this flat to friends and family.
