Very charming and brand new studio apartment ideal for a digital nomads, solo travelers and a couples.

There is an one king size bed, big cabinet, working desk, little kitchen and a bathroom. Place is perfect for a people who want something more different than usual. It is situated in the bottom of the house, by a garden with a little terrace and a beautiful oleander trees that makes environment very pleasant and relaxing.

Apartment Oleander is close to the beach and center of a town - 12 mins, shops and restaurants, nightlife, and public transport.

Place is very pleasant and quiet. You’ll love it because of the people, the outdoor space and a location.

It is great for a serious people, couples, business people and solo travelers who want good value for a money.

It is situated in a neighbourhood Škrape, maybe the most beautiful part of a town Split. Very quiet and comfortable one - way streets where are many family houses with gardens and terraces where you can introduce many interesting and sociable domestic people. Less than fifteen minutes walking towards the south to the sea where are amazing beaches (Bačvice, Firule, Žnjan, Trstenik,...) and on west side to the city centre where is situated one of the most popular buildings in the world - Diocletian's palace and many facilities in the old town. In a few minutes walking you have 6 supermarkets, 5 restaurants, many bars, playground for basketball and football and a public park. Both city hospitals, pharmacy, post office and a sports hall are in circle of 400 meters. Neighborhood is very safe and people are hospitable.
