The Seven Seas property was lovely, very clean, comfortable with a walkable location to historic Split. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice too. The rooms are a little smaller than some of our other properties we stayed in but we felt it was a good value.

We loved our stay here! Room was very nice and areas were clean. Staff were all extremely friendly. We booked the room with a hot tub and balcony, we loved spending our evenings in the hot tub! The included breakfasts were amazing - one of the best breakfast spreads we've encountered. Would recommend this beautiful place to stay to anyone!

New, very clean, spacious quarters. Friendly helpful staff. Included breakfast was good - more than adequate with choice of hot/cold foods, breads, cereals, coffees, etc. Not sure what others are expecting for a small hotel with 7-ish rooms. Docked 1 star for parking which is expensive at 15 euros/night.

Seven Seas Residence is a gem of a hotel. Lara who greeted us on arrival was friendly and very helpful. We arrived before our agreed check in time but were shown to our rooms within minutes. Our room was much nicer than we expected - clean with lots of room and a well equipped bathroom. We would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Split.

Great stay here in October - the place was clean, modern and well equipped. Breakfast was so handy - plenty of options and a nice seating area. The staff were so helpful, couldn’t recommend them enough! Based in a residential area so it is nice and quiet, though a little off the beat and track, but an easy 10-15 min walk to the town!

Very clean, the staff is very friendly as well. I absolutely loved it. Close to everything, we walked everywhere, didn’t touch our car once since the time we parked it. Will stay here again if we ever come back to Split.

Quiet small boutique hotel.

The hotel was good for us. It is located next to the old town, 10-15 min walk. But two things to remember: the hotel does not have an elevator; and if you want to pay at the hotel be ready to pay with cash.

Highly recommend! Very clean, modern, spacious and close to the city centre (under 15 minutes to walk to). The receptionist was also super helpful and friendly. The reception and dining area is a bit small but great for solo travellers or a small group of friends/family. Breakfast was great too!

We had the BEST stay here.stayed in room 7 which is the top floor apartment with hot tub and it was absolutely brilliant & immaculate. Had two balconies one with the tub and sun loungers, the other with a small table, chairs and comfy chairs. Air con worked well, the room was so clean and the bathroom was great. The mini fridge kept our supplies nice and cool. Breakfast was included. Self service of a selection of pastries, breads, ham, cheese, cereals, yogurt & cooked items to includes scrambled egg, sausage & bacon. We were a 10/15 minute walk to the main harbour area and Ubers were very good value too. Would stay here again if we do return to Split
