The front door of the building was covered in graffiti, which gave a very poor first impression. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable like sleeping on cardboard and the air conditioning was only available in one area, leaving the rest of the rooms scorching hot. The toilet was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. The only positive was the location, as it’s close to restaurants and shopping.

Excellent location! Was a short walk to the Riva, Diocletion's Palace, and the Ferry station. Was wonderful for our one night stay with kids.

Lovely property, very well placed for accessing all the restaurants and sites in town and also for hopping on the bus to the lovely Bene beach and to sites like Klis and Trogir. Bit noisy at night, but that's Split - it's the town that never really sleeps - restaurants open from 7am-midnight says it all. Owners of the property lovely and very very quick responding to all communication. Wonderful holiday
