I thought our stay at Villa Evita was outstanding! Our host from the initial booking until after departure was excellent. Clean!!!! We are rather picky. What a Wonderful experience! Perfect location, Villa with all of the Perfect Amenities, and a wonderful island filled with gracious people! I will highly recommend the Villa and the Beautiful Beaches and Island of Spetses!

This place was so clean! The vibe was very cool. I could see the host cares about the details. There were lots of house hold supplies. The only thing that I did not like were the beds. The air mattress they provided was the most comfortable place to sleep in our party’s opinion. Even adding a mattress topper would be abig improvement. The beds there are hard and wrapped in plastic, twice.

The property was a bit of a hike up a hill but the views were great. Very charming. The garden seat cushions were all very damp because of recent rain and never really dried out because the sun is not really on the patio in the afternoon/evening. There was an alternative covered patio near kitchen to use but much smaller. The kitchen cupboards need some sound muffling /soft close solution because in the bedroom above the kitchen it’s bang, bang, bang. The showers and hot water are excellent. The beds were comfortable. A streaming service (Netflix?) on tv would be good. Overall the house is lovely but a few things need attention.
