Spetses is a wonderful island, suitable for relaxation, swimming and walking around the picturesque streets!
The house is located in a quiet residential area just a little farther away from the capital of the island, Dapia. It is fully renovated and it is absolutely necessary! Also, it has a great seaview and it is a few minutes walking from the beach of Ligoneri!
The house is an 80sqm two-storey maisonette of 40sqm each floor. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a large bathroom where you can find a washing machine. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a living room. All rooms are air-conditioned! There are balconies offering superb sea view! The house has been furnished in such a way to preserve its traditional style!
Ligoneri is 1.8km away from Dapia. In order to reach the house, guests could take the bus that runs from Dapia to Ligoneri almost every hour. Otherwise, there is the option of taking a cab or renting a motorcycle. We are at our guests' disposal in a box they would rather we found an agency to rent a vehicle or a cab for them!

Un balcon à Spetses
Appartement fonctionnel , bien équipé,avec une belle chambre et une terrasse agréable . Provisions d’eau minérale et produits d’entretien. Iliana réactive et efficace . Jolies plages à quelques minutes en contrebas. Arrêt de bus très pratique à quelques mètres.
Moins bien : 2eme chambre très petite avec Clim qui vous souffle dans la figure (on a dû inverser les têtes de lits). Il y a 0 supermarché, taverne ou boulangerie à moins de 20mn à pied (marche peu agréable le long de la route). Scooter ou vélo indispensable
