BUONA SISTEMAZIONE

- accoglienza della struttura per gli animali domestici - disponibilità di facchinaggio per i bagagli - allestimento e dotazione della cucina e dell´appartamento in genere -ottima condizione igienica di materassi e cuscini -molto apprezzate le zanzariere a tutte le finestre - vista -tranquillità circostante - posto auto - per tre giorni il terrazzo non si è potuto fruire soddisfacentemente perché l´ombrellone per l´ombreggiatura aveva la base rotta e poteva cadere o volare via. -di conseguenza al punto precedente assenza di una tenda interna al finestrone scorrevole del terrazzo per schermare il sole. - le luci sopra l´angolo cottura sbattano sull´anta della finestra quando si apre -la macchina del gas ha un fornello che al minimo si spegne ma il gas esce lo stesso - tavoletta del water molto scomoda perché mobile/lenta -zanzariera della cameretta e del bagno hanno bisogno di riparazione/sostituzione -credo sarebbe gradito agli ospiti fornire l´appartamento di un paio di sdraio tipo quelle da mare da usare nel terrazzo o anche in casa e da riporre nel sottotetto -

Condominio molto tranquillo, adatto per una famiglia casa che può ospitare sei persone in quattro ci si sta benissimo terrazzino con vista mare, si può portare anche un animale in questo caso noi un gatto che ha gradito moltissimo. A mio parere, ma molto personale, l´illuminazione della casa è un po´ bassina, ed il tavolo da pranzo è un po´ scomodo e piccolino per quattro persone, per il resto tutto ok

Una bella vacanza

Io, mia moglie, mia figlia e la nostra gatta abbiamo soggiornato a Pasqua nell'appartamento Casa Linda e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla. L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore perciò abbiamo anche fatto "palestra "... È molto curato anche nei dettagli, pulito e dotato di tutto l'occorrente (da controllare il copriwater che si muove). La posizione è ottima, sia per la vicinanza al centro storico, sia al mare, entrambi visibili da un bel terrazzino dove la nostra gatta prendeva il sole beata. Non ultimo, ci ha accolti la signora Serena che ringraziamo, molto disponibile, gentile e simpatica. Ci ha donato una bottiglia di vino e un giochino per la gattina. Ci piacerebbe molto ritornare!

Sperlonga nel mese di giugno è un incanto! e con Sperlonga resort, sempre disponibili e cortesi, non ti sbagli! Alloggio pulitissimo e ordinato. Vicinanza al mare e comodità a portata di pochi passi. Abbandoni la macchina nel comodo parcheggio e per tutta la vacanza esplori il paesello e ti rilassi sulla spiaggia di levante, la nostra preferita!

Fantastico

La casa, nonostante sia al terzo piano senza ascensore, gode di un ottima posizione, molto attrezzata, addirittura il parcheggio sotto casa, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort e servizi intorno. A due passi dal mare, i proprietari molto carini, disponibili, ci hanno accolto in maniera molto familiare. Sicuramente la consiglio e spero di poterci tornare🤗 Nulla da reclamare, l unica cosa il parcheggio a pagamento troppo costoso....

Breve soggiorno a Sperlonga

La posizione è ideale in quanto l'appartamento sta in pieno centro e in 5 minuti uno raggiunge il mare. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario ed è confortevole. La terrazza ha una bella vista mare. Rocco e Serena sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibile! Purtroppo sia i materassi nella camera con i due letti singoli che il divano letto nel soggiorno non sono molto comodi. Consiglierei materassi nuovi.

Casa Linda...una piacevole scoperta!

La casa dispone davvero di tutte le comodità, con arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli dai colori estivi ed accoglienti, proprio come i gestori Serena e Rocco sempre disponibili a qualsiasi supporto o suggerimento. Veramente difficile trovare dei punti deboli per una sistemazione che ha permesso un perfetto connubio tra relax e svago. Vicinissima al mare, ai punti di ristoro e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro del paese. Dalla terrazza poi si gode della vista del mare e del suo profumo...tornero' sicuramente.CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Come già detto in altre recensioni si, è vero, fare 3 piani a piedi è scomodo soprattutto per trasportare spesa e bagagli. Ma tolto questo aspetto tutto il resto è perfetto! Casa è molto più grande di quello che ci aspettavamo. Posizione invidiabile, in pochi minuti si è in spiaggia, parcheggio privato comodissimo, terrazzo per godere di piacevoli momenti di relax e cene in assoluta tranquillità e riservatezza.
