The house is located on the hill of Sperlonga, 7 km from the sea, in the exclusive Punta Cetarola residence. It is situated on one floor with a private uncovered parking space and has an outdoor area of about 35 square metres with a sea view, ideal for enjoying the breathtaking panorama and amazing sunsets.
The completely renovated house offers an air-conditioned living room, a separate kitchenette with electric cooker, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and boiler.
