represents the complete reinterpretation and renovation of a late 1960s building complex. The result is the birth of a modern accommodation facility consisting of elegant and refined apartments, in which the creative work of the architect Oscar Ferraro is reflected in the right attention given to taste, art, beauty, attention to detail and the comfort of guests during their stay.

The complete renovation has given back the possibility of offering apartments of various types ranging from nice studios for two / three people, to standard apartments for up to four people and superior apartments capable of accommodating 6 people.

holiday house sperlonga!!

We had a fantastic time in Sperlonga and the apartment. The location is excellent as it is close to everything - no car required. All of our needs were met. Daniel was superb - very friendly and full of tips. Would love to return.

Perfetto!

We've been in Sperlonga this October for the second time and it was simply great: We always got immediate response during email contact, Daniel even came to fetch us from Fondi Railway Station by car and took take care everything was in the right place in the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything needed during a holiday, the small garden besides one of the three terraces (from which you can even see the sea) is perfect for children ... To be repeated, grazie mille, Daniel!!!

Perfect location close to beach, stores and restaurants. Nice, clean and spacious apartment.

We had the best time in Sperlonga! Everything worked out fine with the apartment. We had good communication with Daniel prior to our arrival, and his brother Ricardo was very helpful during our stay. We travelled with small children who sometimes made a lot of noise, but there was no complaints from neighbours or anyone else. This is a great place to go if you travel with kids. We warmly recommend this apartment!

Appartamento accogliente e gestione professionale

Esperienza assolutamente positiva, in un appartamento che ha contribuito alla piena riuscita della nostra vacanza. Posizione ideale, con posto auto riservato (oro per Sperlonga!) e a due minuti dalla spiaggia di ponente e da ogni tipo di servizio (shopping, farmacia, etc). Pulizia impeccabile e arredamento funzionale e pratico, completo di ogni elemento di arredamento necessario. Ampia cucina in perfette condizioni perfettamente funzionante. Possibilità di mangiare in terrazza. Bagno ok. Gli ambienti sono molto ampi e l'appartamento si presta al soggiorno in famiglia e/o con amici. Il centro di Sperlonga è raggiungibile con una rilassante passeggiata. Una menzione particolare alla professionalità e alla disponibilità del proprietario, che non ci ha fatto mancare preziosi consigli su spiagge e ristoranti. Insomma, assolutamente consigliato. Noi...ci torneremo!

una vacanza bellissima

Una vacanza 10 e lode! Eravamo 4 adulti e due bambini e abbiamo soggiornato al interno 1. Bellissimo appartamento, spazioso, luminoso, molto pulito e ben attrezzato. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, supermercato, tanti ristoranti e (importantissimo per bambini!) le giostre. Il centro storico si raggiunge a piedi in 15 minuti. FINALMENTE IL POSTO CHE FA PER NOI

La perfezione non esiste ma ci si può avvicinare. Io e mia moglie abbiamo preso l'alloggio int. 5 all'ultimo piano composto da 2 camere da letto, 1 salone, i cucina abitabilissima , bagno 3 balconi e 2 terrazze enormi ad un prezzo più che accettabile, tenuto conto che avete anche il posto auto in cortile (che al mare conta). La pulizia è ottima, il proprietario disponibilissimo (mi ha addirittura aiutato a portare su i bagagli) all'interno tutto funziona e anzi (cosa rara) avete a dispoosizione anche asse e ferro da stiro e asciugacapelli e un set di da cucina che non manca di nulla.. Il terrazzo a ovest attrezzato di tenda e tavolo grande vi farà ammirare dei tramonti bellissimi. Il mare è a poche decine di metri, il centro del paese anche, supermercato, farmacia e altri negozi a cento metri. Il paese è un piccolo capolavoro, le spiagge sono ben 2 di sabbia finissima e su una di esse potete camminare per chilometri, il mare gode di bandiera blu.. Noi ci siamo trovati magnificamente tant'è che (al contrario degli ultimi anni) pensiamo sicuramente di tornarci. Grazie Daniel

Bella vacanza rilassante e tranquilla.

La casa ha tutto il necessario ed ha anche due ampi terrazzi dove si può pranzare o cenare piacevolmente, la sua posizione è ottima sia vicina al mare che al centro di Sperlonga. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!!

Una settimana da ripetere

Ho soggiornato dal 1 Settembre all 8 in questo grazioso e accogliente appartamento con marito e bambino di 5 anni. All' arrivo abbiamo trovato un alloggio innanzitutto pulitissimo e spazioso, con cucina fornitissima e funzionale. L appartamento era arioso, pieno di luce e poiche era al secondo piano avevamo anche uno spicchio di vista mare. Il balconcino anche era confortevole, con possibilita di cenare fuori. Il supermercato e' vicinissimo, circa 300 mt, il che e' sempre utile per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La spiaggia anche era facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Grazie a tutto cio abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima settimana in un luogo incantevole come Sperlonga e speriamo di ritornarci in futuro.

Ottima esperienza! La casa è grande e spaziosa, arredata in stile minimalista e funzionale. Posti letto ovunque, cucina nuovissima ed efficiente, grande spazio esterno con giardino privato e posto auto, bagno ben strutturato. Posizione invidiabile, a un passo dal lungomare e da un supermercato. Nota di merito ulteriore: tante tante tante prese elettriche, fondamentali quando si viaggia in gruppo, per poter caricare le proprie apparecchiature senza dover fare i turni. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 16/08 al 30/08, la posizione della casa è perfetta non distante dal mare e gode di tranquillità che permette di riposare bene! La casa è ben divisa e funzionale, noi eravamo due famiglie e ci stavamo comodi, dotata di una bella cucina funzionale e di lavatrice, un solo consiglio per chi necessita della tv, serve un decoder buono! i canali erano pochissimi ed i bambini che ahimè anche in vacanza vogliono un po' di cartoni animati se ne sono lamentati! Daniel è una persona simpatica e disponibile, le piccole richieste che gli abbiamo fatto sono state esaudite in brevissimo tempo, e questo denota cura nella gestione, Sperlonga ha un mare eccezionale! Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza.
