Terrible experience. Even though I had the confirmation from Expedia, and called the day before flying to Barbados to “re-confirm”, I find out after I arrive in Barbados with two little kids that the “property would not be able to honor the reservation”. And then spent two hours with an Expedia agent on the phone trying to find a new place to stay (most places were fully booked). Terrible communication from both Expedia and the property. The property owner didn’t even apologize. Also, they never answer their phone, for some odd reason. I would NOT recommend this place. Unreliable, lack of respect for your time, poor communication, people who don’t care.

Lovely property but poor staff communication

I stayed here just recently and found the Villa to be amazing! It would have helped if there were some written instruction regarding wifi, where to put trash and house keeping etc The communication from the Letting company was very poor. They left me a number to call on arrival which I called twice and got no response. On arrival the security had no information of my booking but at least they had the keys. Also on arrival the bathrooms did not have any toilet paper! Despite the fact that I did not ask for a grocery delivery there should still be toilet paper. On a whole I enjoyed the Villa , spacious , clean and very good facilities . I would stay again but now know what to expect. I would also suggest anyone booking should get a car. You can walk down hill to the nearest store approx. 10mins walk but you definitely need a car to get around.

Beautiful well maintain villas.

when we arrived at the villa it was about 4:00am we was greeted at the gate by security a very well mannered and polite young man who gave us the key,as the taxi drove into the community it was a different world,gorgeous views,and beautiful villas . We had an enjoyable relaxing time..The pool and the gym was great and security was great....will definitely stay at this place again..

A quiet community of well appointed villas

Checking in was effortless, the house manager was extremely helpful in arranging transport to the villa and a car rental. We even had the villa Pre stocked with a few items prior to our arrival. The rental car can also be delivered to the villa which is such a plus. My only concern was that the hot tub in the clubhouse never got above luke warm and with it being breezy out, hot water is a must. Having traveled to Barbados with my family over the years this is a place where I Will definitely stay again. PS my 3 bedroom villa was heaven sent as my two teenage daughters had their own rooms. Best vacation ever!
