Welcome to our basement studio! Our beautifully remodeled guest studio is the perfect setup for those traveling to Utah to visit family, friends, attend a special event at one of the nearby venues, or just popping through on their way to their final destination! With your own entrance you'll have privacy in your own space that includes a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, all kitchen essentials and a full bathroom with a tub and shower stocked with premier shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath salts! Every detail is meant to make your stay comfortable and be a home away from home! Please note that you are in a basement studio in primary home to 14 feet and 12 paws! You will hear muffled noise, barks, possible tears but hopefully way more laughter! Also furniture and decor is subject to change depending on the season you visit.

Very clean and refreshing when you walk in. It's in a great location close to everything and just far enough away for a calming and peaceful stay. Communication with the host was fast and they addressed all my question with accuracy which made the stay very pleasant. Plenty of amenities to fit the needs of my stay. 100% will stay there again. If your looking for a relaxing place to stay look no further. Absolutely ine of the best places' I have stayed.
