There was only one front desk staff member working at any given time but they did a great job, very attentive and helpful. It was a good experience, but I definitely missed the hot breakfast as continental breakfast was an apple, water and muffin in brown bags due to COVID restrictions. The room could have been cleaner though, when I pulled the sofa bed out for my sister there was all sorts of food and garbage underneath the couch - obviously hadn’t been moved or vacuumed under in awhile. The bedside tables and bathtub were pretty beat up looking but were clean, nonetheless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and very clean. The pool was closed due to COVID, but I was able to use the workout facility which was nice.

First of all for the price around the Louisville area, it was a deal. It was clean enough, but there were some small issues that the owner needs to address. All the mirrors were dirty, there were things like the toilet paper roll and some other miscellaneous items that really should be replaced. The main thing was there was no elevator. We are both seniors and had to haul out luggage up the stairs. A young man at the desk shrugged when we originally asked where the elevator was. On my second trip where I had items light weight, he asked. Also, in the AM we ran out of toilet paper and could not find one. The woman at the desk was angry that we asked if they could bring some upstairs. She actually was nasty when my friend said we were both in our pajamas. She probably didn't want to climb the stairs either. Other staff were friendly.

I continue to have a quiet evening whenever I stay at this property. It is convenient to where my business in Evansville takes place, the breakfast is more than adequate and it has never been crowded or noisy.

Sufficient for a short stay.. Only complaint - I don't think the fitted sheet on the pull out sofa had been cleaned.
