"Room was well equipped and clean, with the noted exception of a piece of broken glass on the floor in the middle of the space that we almost stepped on. All the in room amenities worked well. Pool was nice and not too crowded. The market is super cool, but be warned: it is very expensive. Coffee pretty good. Very nicely situated in walking distance of cityplace. The major issue we had was that the hotel seemed understaffed - especially the Valet for parking. Long lines and lots of frustrated people having to wait for their vehicles more than the listed “15 minutes.” We had to ask for our keys and get our vehicle ourselves (which we didn’t mind because it cut out the wait). Just seems like an oversight for a holiday weekend. (Maybe a staff member called out? Not sure.)"
