"Staff is rude. Except for the staff putting the chairs and umbrealls at the beach they are the only ones that are helpful. If you plan to take your dog make sure he/she doesnt bark because the front desk will call you and you can not take them to the beach nor pool area. Dogs are not allowed to bark. I will not return to this hotel."

"We had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed everything about this place. The customer service was excellent from start to finish — the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and felt very high-end and luxurious. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and how comfortable and welcoming the atmosphere felt. Also, The pool area was amazing and very relaxing, and the coffee shop was one of our favorite parts of the experience. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff made sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would happily return again in the future."
