This property is located steps away from a sandy private beach facing Shelter Island and across from a well known North Fork vineyard. This property is perfect for families to enjoy as it is located on a quiet dead end street. This will be a vacation that will surely not be forgotten as it is quite a magical place!

Relax in a newly appointed master bedroom with stunning views of the Peconic Bay from a private terrace. A plush, king-sized bed with armoire and private on-suite bathroom makes this master bedroom a quiet retreat like no other.

The home bodes an additional master suite located on the ground level with a Queen-sized bed, on-suite bathroom and it's own separate entrance. There are 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Queen sized bed and one bedroom with 2 twin sized beds making this home comfortable for 10 guests. Imagine cooking meals with locally grown organic vegetables, eggs or the fresh catch of the day from the nearby fish market in the large contemporary kitchen perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler and beverage center, oversized sub-zero fridge, Wolf cook top and double wall oven. There are 8 stools surrounding the L-shaped island perfect for enjoying time with family and friends.

There is a beautiful sun room equipped with ample soft plush seating, smart flat screen TV for entertainment and with glass doors leading to an outdoor deck. The house is equipped with Wifi, brand new indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system, central A/C and heating, cable TV and access to movie channels. There are 2 additional living spaces; a warm and cozy family room with oversized fireplace, 65 inch smart TV and sliding doors also leading to the outdoor deck with oversized outdoor table seating 10 people, stainless steel Weber BBQ, fire pit additional bar table and stools for extra guests.

The living room located in the front of the house has cathedral ceilings with white wooden planks and oversized windows making it a perfect sitting area to enjoy your favorite glass of wine. Across the way from the living room, guests have access to a cleanly furnished dining room with views of the neighboring vineyard.

The home comes complete with linens, beach and bathroom towels, beach chairs and umbrellas and laundry room with brand new washer and dryer.

Spend the day away enjoying the nearby attractions such as local farm stands, the finest vineyards, breweries, 5 star restaurants located in the town of Southold and Greenport with a 5 minute ferry ride to and from Shelter Island and the famous "Sunset Beach".

This property also includes 2 adult kayaks,1 child sized kayak with life jackets and 2 adult mountain bicycles. For the adventurous guest, this is the best location for fishing, boating and jet skiing. Rentals are available merely down the road.

Beautiful house,great location!

The house was better than in the pictures,had friends and family come by during my stay and there was more than enough room for everyone ,although we brought our alot of our own supplies,the house was well stocked with all the amenities.We also had use of everything in the garage.We were just two houses down from the water and the beach was private and quiet,The owners were were quick to respond with any questions that I had.All in all we spent a relaxing two weeks on the North Fork.I would rent this house again in the future!

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our extended stay - the house is beautiful and bright - we were very comfortable! The neighborhood was great - close to downtown but you really didn't need to leave with the large backyard and bay beach a few steps away. We will definitely return!

Great stay - will rent again!

Mark and Alida are sweethearts and the house is exactly as pictured. Anything we needed, they were responsive and there immediately if necessary, and gave us great recommendations of nearby activities. We were 3 families and we fit perfectly in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (king master with en-suite bathroom, queen bedroom is connected to the room with 2 twin beds which was great, and third bedroom is a queen bed - there is a second full bathroom in upstairs hallway). They had floats and board games for us and the kids and the outdoor setup was really nice with a large trampoline, Weber grill, soccer ball and net, and a really lovely deck. The private beach was perfect for us and just one house away, we had it to ourselves. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice glasses and dishes, platters, kitchen towels, and really everything you might need. The TVs are smart TVs and setup with Netflix and just really perfect. Can’t say enough good things. Will go again! Mark and Alida - let us know if you have other properties!! :)

Well located and comfortable home

We spent two weeks at this recently renovated home. House was well located, very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and the owner, Mark, was a pleasure to work with. He's still working on the house but it was more than livable and will be five stars when it is completed. It is technically steps from the beach but it is a very tiny beach so you do have to drive to beaches but they are no more than 10 minutes from the house. I would definitely rent again!
