The stay was quite disappointing overall. The kitchen annex was very poorly equipped — only a kettle, fridge, few plates, one spoon, and one knife were provided. The photos suggested a much better-equipped space, but in reality it was almost empty. There were also no bins or any information on where to dispose of rubbish.
Basic essentials were missing, such as hand wash or shower gel, and there was no warm water in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The toilet was exceptionally loud and often malfunctioned, getting stuck and causing water to run continuously.
The building itself had no sound insulation, so it was very noisy — you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and staircase, which was especially disturbing at night.
Additionally, check-in details were sent much later than expected, and the message lacked important information. No photos of the building were provided, which made it unnecessarily difficult to find the location.
Overall, the experience did not match expectations.
