Property it self was good. We loved the garden 😊 Busy road, it was noisy and was hard to sleep in the roadside bedroom but ded were vary comfortable

Nice place place to stay

The place was spotless, the welcome fantastic, even the shared bathroom didn't phase me. My only quibble was that I didn't have a key to the front door. I wanted to do some walking but didn't feel I could go out again once I had come in. I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem, it was my feeling of disturbing someone.

Very Comfortable

I was most impressed and the proprietors could not do enough for me.The room and bathroom were spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. One small thing is that the hotel is quite difficult to locate and perhaps a larger name, visible from the road, might help. Another point is that I was not aware that breakfast had to be ordered and so missed out. However, I would most certainly go there again if I was in that area.

Home from Home

Staying here was like being at home. Dave and Jeff made every effort imaginable for the stay to be great. I would definitely recommend. Its location, surroundings are great. Lots to do. County side at the doorstep and also the area around Hamble is fantastic for the small pubs, restaurants and obviously the avid seafarers.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

Only stayed one night, but would have loved to have stayed forever. Dave and jeff were lovely hosts! I had a few issues with my car and they couldn't have been more helpful! They were so welcoming and the dog was kept well under control not that he was a problem in the first place! Would definetley stay again if I find myself that way. Highly recommended! Thanks for a lovely stay!
