Offers rural seclusion and a great base for gongoozling (canal watching!), walking and cycling. It is within easy driving to Stratford, the Cotswolds, Coventry Cathedral, Warwick Castle, Leamington Spa and National Trust properties.
The property is adjacent to the lock keepers cottage and was originally built for the horses used on the canal. The only other neighbours are sheep, although there is a traditional pub 100 metres away.
Gates have been recently added to the courtyard allowing your dog outside security.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an electric kettle.
