We had to walk up thirty stairs to the top room which was claustrophobic and the bed was very high. The toilet system was very loud. My partner couldn’t get into the shower as she is on the large size and struggled with the stairs which did not have a proper banister. We checked out two days early as she couldn’t cope with the stairs and the room and we are awaiting a refund for those two days.

Normally a okay hotel but when we stayed last time the rooms were so warm as they had no air con working (which we was not told on arrival) also the windows didn’t open only had 1 fan and I had to go ask staff for another fan which they gave me but it was broke. The room was so warm me and my partner couldn’t sleep. Would not recommend others to go
