Everything was perfect! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day and it was perfect! The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook both nights and the hot tub was a perfect way to end off the night! We also hiked the Gizzard Firey Trail which was about 30 minutes away which was super beautiful too! Overall this was a perfect stay!

Nice place. Happy to find it. I visit children and grandchildren in So Pitts generally 2x a year. Hopefully will be able to stay again.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay! Clean, had everything we needed, and great communication with the host which we needed due to a storm that went through the area. It was resolved quickly and we very much appreciated the quick reply.

Quiet and Relaxing

Came for a quick weekend get away to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. The Loft was as described in the listing. Beautiful inside and out. Very quiet and relaxing. EVery much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway

The loft was everything we needed it to be. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The outside deck and hot tub were an added bonus, and provided an extra space for relaxation. The loft is up a mountain and fairly private. There are several deer in the neighborhood so be aware driving in. We would certainly stay here again if we’re in the area.

House was as exactly as expected. Had a great time and stay. Only anomally is the guest in the main house next door came and used the hot tub while we out. They had it set up way too high for us to use on final night of the stay. Dont blame host for that as it was out of their control.

So close to Sweetens Cove!

If you have a small group playing the Cove or just staying in the area, this is your place! Absolutely NO need to stay at average hotels in Kimball. Hot tub is a huge added bonus! Great kitchen and huge living area, & all well-appointed. We didn't get to enjoy the spacious outdoor deck amenities, but they are wonderful as well. Will come back anytime we are playing the Cove!

Thanksgiving vacation

The home and property are exactly as the listing states. The hot tub had not been cleaned or we would have rated 5 stars in all the categories. We notified the owner and he had someone there the next day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!
