The hotel was wonderful was a bit inconvenient that they were doing some remodeling on our floor. The breakfast could definitely get an upgrade. One of the keys didn't even work and the wifi was crap literally no signal. Staff was friendly location was convenient around restaurants. There was security on our parking lot I loved that. Ice machine didn't work on 3rd floor. No drink vending machines on the floors. Only one was were they serve breakfast and it was broken. Did charge a deposit when we already paid up front. We were not informed of that.
Old hotel, bugs in the bathroom. No maintenance at all.

Overall great experience The blankets provided are super soft everything is nice and clean.
They have free breakfast and it goes something like this: -sausage patties -bacon strips -scrambled fluffy eggs -biscuits -white gravy (does contain pieces of meat) -waffle maker -cereal -oatmeal -fruit -Orange Juice or Apple Juice and Milk -Coffee (decaf, or full blown caf) -Only Black Tea (wish they had earl grey, not bad eitherway) The lady attending the breakfast buffet was on top of things, cleaning up and refilling food as needed. If you booked in advance, check in was super easy, credit card for incidentals and a photo ID, that's it. THE ROOM: It's muggy as heck in any place on the Island, that being said, it was expected that it was very humid, but they have balcony access to freshen up the dank smell. Location was great, could see the bay from my window. Bathroom was good, had bare minimum on toiletries, didn't see a blow drier in my room. Got a suite with kitchenette and no coffee/tea maker, but it did have a sink and microwave with a fridge. It's pet friendly and if not, easy to sneak in pets as I saw a gigantic poodle taking a crap outside with lower room access. XD Very cool to walk around in this area with shops and a gas station three blocks down. Very good stay for $54 a night on off season.
No hot water in the tub or bathroom sink. Otherwise facility was in good order, though starting to show age.
Security patrols all day and night. Nothing else did I like about the property but it is in the middle of the island.
Great place to stay but had to leave because I got hurt
No Coffee in room, have to wait till they have breakfast time @ 8 am to 9 a.m. Which does not work for early birds like me. Pool water is warm during the day and no refreshments are served. If you are just looking for a hotel to sleep this is fine.
Staff was amazing from the moment we walked in. Our room was in the back with a balcony that over looked the ocean. It was absolutely beautiful! At night they had movie night at the pool for the kids along with popcorn and ice cream. Most importantly, our room was clean, carpets were clean and it always had a fresh scent.
Nice hotel but we would have prefered a window facing the beach or street instead of a wall. Beds were ok, for the cost of the hotel would have been nice to get a real bed and not a fold out cot.
