The worst hotel ever!

Very bad experience. The condition of the hotel is terrible, that place is in serious need of maintenance. The walls have chipped paint, the soap dispensers are broken, don’t have any toiletries (just soap from a broken dispenser) the bed covers have holes, the towels are dingy. They barely had any food for breakfast, just a few slices of bread with a tub of butter that was practically empty. We asked for cereal and the attendant said it was only for weekends. I should’ve taken a photo of the sad slices of bread and the empty tub of butter. I’m so disappointed! This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed!! And the thing is that it wasn’t cheap!! I have stayed in better hotels for less money. The only good thing I can say is that the cleaning lady was very nice when we asked for extra towels and toilet paper.

Spring break

It was spring break so it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The hotel was a little dirty and my room didn’t offer enough towels for showers. There were two tiny hand towels. In order to get more, I had to bring these towels back so my daughter could have towels to dry off after a shower. The room had a funky odor in it. A cross between raid and febreeze.

Not the best but that’s ok. Paid not the most, so it was expected. Didn’t expect it to be a motel that had weekly rates for regulars. But the most disappointing was the lack of free breakfast. A package of hostess donuts isn’t breakfast. It’s fine if it doesn’t serve breakfast but don’t put the motel in the category that does. That’s not fair when families are choosing it for an option. Otherwise, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed…it was doable.

I didn't like that the water was not HOT! That's the most important thing when I stay at a hotel! Those HOT showers and this one just wasn't enough for me plus with it being chilly the night I stayed. Everything else was alright. Cheap enough for me.

Ill have to make this brief because of the character limit, but essentially we parked in a handicapped spot because my mother-in-law is handicapped and had a placard so that she can legally park in them, and an old man came up to us and told us that we needed to move our car so that he could park there because the manager(or possibly owner) had told him that he could park in that spot. Eventually we discovered that this old man did not have a handicap placard, and was not even legally allowed to park in the handicapped spot. But the manager sided with him and said that he had moved his personal car from the handicapped spot so that this man could have the spot. Both the manager and the old man did not have a handicapped placard, and the manager did not have the right to let anyone park in the handicapped spot that did not have the legal right to do so, LET ALONE HIMSELF. We eventually moved because my MIL did not want them to damage her car while we were asleep, but its absurd that we were asked to move, and felt like we needed to. These people have no respect for the legitimately handicapped and during my stay, almost every single handicapped spot was being taken up by cars with no handicapped license plate or placard. In addition, the hot tub was not properly filtering, so it was disgusting, and the towels were dingy and stained.
