Towels had holes in them. Wall behind toilet had a big holes and hole by vanity baseboard. Ceiling exhaust fan in bath didn't work. Paint pealing off the bath tub. Wouldn't want to take a bath in it. Shower head needs replacement. Smoke alarm above bed no battery in it. Outlet for fridge and microwave didn't work so couldn't use either. Pool not useable, looked like had been closed for a year. Guest washer and dryer broken. Building needs lots of maintenance. Wouldn't stay there again....

Staff was great. Paid $70, expected a $70 room. So i wasnt surprised. Sheets were dirty, shower floor was cracked unfixed. Tv didnt work. Didnt bother to check the pool.

The hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The pool was closed, there was no WiFi, and when we checked in we had no running water for a couple hours. When the water started working we still did not have hot water. The AC kept us up all night as the motor was very loud. Only one bath towel was provided for a room that accommodates 4 adults. One of the rooms I booked had a massive leak under the sink with a bucket to catch the water. The hotel staff also did nothing to accommodate us or move us to other rooms and threatened to kick us out when we asked for a refund essentially forcing us to stay.

Lady in front with the beautiful black cat was wonderful. Tvs super need updating. New shower curtains super needed too. Moldy. Beds were comfortable, room was clean.

The staff provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, there was no telephone in the room, which meant going to the front desk for help. The room was clean, but the door frame was in poor condition and felt unsafe due to loose hinges.
