Trash cans outside to get rid of trash a nice touch an always emptied

It, was too many people out side to the room partying..!! Terrible bed & pillows ..!!

Everything was clean. It smelled clean and the bed covers appear to be brand new. Each room has a fridge, iron and board, hair dryer, and the usual basic amenities. The beds and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint is that the air conditioner didn't blow any cold air. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The property is very pretty. The lobby and breakfast room are clean and beautiful. Our room was clean and we had ample towels, washcloths, small bars of soap and packets of shampoo. They don't offer coffee makers in room, but do have fridge. It is older but kept up well.

Great friendly staff. Close to a lot of restaurant, even HEB or Walkmart.

Very pleased with cleanliness of room but there was a moldy smell. I liked that there was no carpet in the room since there were many water activities. My only complaint was the breakfast, only offered toast, bagels and cereal. I would have liked fresh fruit or yogurt but otherwise a great experience. The staff was friendly and courteous, location was great and quiet at night even though it was on the major highway.

Two thugs who looked like gang bangers in their 30's, banged on my door at 2:30 A.M. They also banged on other doors. They went and got in to a room on the second floor. I called the office and reported it. The young office lady did make a round and didn't find them. I stopped by the office and spoke to the to the young lady through a small security window (they lock their lobby doors after a certain hour). I called the office in the morning and a young man said he would check the cameras.

Check in was quick and friendly, room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Slept through breakfast but the coffee was hot, good and plentiful .

Please accept our sincerest apology for any and all inconveniences which may have occurred during your stay. Our staff works diligently to assure there are No parties or loud noise especially in the evening when guests are resting for the night. I would also apologize if the beds and pillows were not up to your expectations. Rest assure we will have our maintenance/housekeeping begin inspecting all beds as well as pillows to assure they are up to standard and comfort. I hope to have the opportunity in welcoming you again to our property to replace this negative experience with a much more positive one.

very clean, scaled down,no frills motel

Thank Mrs. Zamora for taking the time to rate and review our property. Our office doors do close every night from 11pm-6:30am. This gives our staff time to clean the lobby and set up the small continental breakfast. Our records do show the report you made to our staff member. She made a round of the property and unfortunately she did not see them at the time. The following morning our cameras were reviewed and the other party was contacted for disturbing guests. We advised guests that for disturbance and knocking randomly on doors could get them removed from the property. They once again apologized. We the Casa Rosa apologize to you Dalia for the disturbance caused. During this time of year we have several vacationers visiting the area and we monitor or property to reassure our guests. We hope the next time you are in our area you can give us another chance.
