Excellent vaction experience. The property is very nice (especially for the cost) , the location was fantastic, the community was fun and interesting, and the property management were quick and responsive to our minor TV remote issue. Our only dissapointment was the hot tub, which was more of a luke warm tub. But, with the beach just a minute away, we didn't miss it. We highly recommend this property.

Quaint and conveniently located.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The unit was exactly what we needed with a family of four. Clean and maintained. It was so nice to step out the door and walk right out to the ocean. And being located so close to the midway point of the island with a shuttle stop directly across the street, nothing is far away. Several stores and eateries within walking distance made it very convenient. Our trip was during a very cold week, but we made good use of the hot tub which was very warm and clean. The management group responded very quickly to our questions and made the stay very easy and stress free. We would happily stay here again.

We’ll be back!

We couldn’t have been happier with this stay. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, basics were all there and then some (wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, kitchen ware, first aid kit, binder with island info, restaurant recs). Location was 10/10. Walkable to several restaurants, beach boardwalk literally steps from front door. Parking space just out front door too for easy unloading. Host was very attentive and easy to contact. We even extended our stay an extra night. We look forward to come back and stay here again!

Great place!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The communication was amazing. Very kind people that made it all super simple. The location is perfect. I needed a close walk to the beach for my in-laws and this was just that! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Worst experience ever

I booked for 8 people and I got a place for only 4. I couldn’t have any of my family members to sleep or relax comfortably and even to sit together and enjoy a meal. I need a manager or supervisor reach out to me ASAP.

Too many problems!!

Security was the biggest issue. It is the only unit in the building that is not secured by a gate. We were unable to open any windows in the unit…all stuck shut. We had to keep the curtains/ blinds closed because all windows in the unit open to the parking lot, with cars parked 6 feet from the window with people walking by continuously. ABOVE all else the security code to the unit does not change. We were in the unit with it locked and a gentleman opened the door with the code. He wanted to see if it still worked…. SERIOUSLY!!

Perfect getaway

1st time visitors. We will be back! Everything was exactly as stated. We rented a golf cart and traveled the island. Only thing different for the next visit is, we won't rent a car from the airport, we will shuttle to the island, rent a cart and start the fun. The pool was great. The hot tub could have been a little warmer, but it did not deter us from using it. And the beach access...right outside the condo. We will be back.

Off season stay

This was a great experience for our family. Check in was easy and owners sent everything in a timely fashion. I don’t love that the hot tub is completely separate from the pool, but not something owner can control. Beach is literally one minute walk away, wagon with chairs and umbrella was so handy! Looks like kitchen and bath reno was DIY and probably should have hired out. Outlet in kids bathroom is missing cover and not safe. Ceiling texture in shower was falling in on us. Overall however, it was a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay!

Homecoming

South Padre Island has always held a special place for me. We visited for 3 nights and had a great time. The property owners were welcoming and responsive. This cute little condo was cozy and clean. I especially enjoyed the easy beach access. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was top notch. Wish the water ran like that back home! This cute little place will stay on my list for future visits!

Perfect Little Place

Was very happy with our little place. Beach access couldn’t have been better! Did think from description there was an ocean view which there isn’t, but otherwise everything nice and well kept. Love that they had beach supplies that could be used.

Seconds away from beach!!

We enjoyed every moment. This was the perfect place right next to the beach. It's a minute walk to the beach. The place was so clean and accurate. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Three beds were super comfy. Parking is right in front of door. Armani and Angela were great and checked in on us to ensure we had everything needed, which was great!! We will definitely be back!

Beachfront Property

This really was beach front property. Loved all the amenities available. We loved that after leaving the beach it had a nice wash off area to wash all the sand off. We enjoyed the clean hot tubs and pool. This unit is on the first floor and you literally walk out to your parking spot. So easy for our big family.

Great Family Stay Right on Beach

5 day stay with a family of five (2 adults 3 kids) had a great time at this property. The pictures were accurate. 50 yards from front door to sand which made packing the beach setup nice! Outdoor shower was great after leaving the beach and the pool was a good change-up for the kids. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location, communication

The owner was super responsive to our messages. The rental is perfectly located with friendly neighbors. We had an issue with our parking spot upon arrival being taken by a random teen. But after speaking to owner who helped by calling towing, the issue got resolved before it escalated to actual tow. The rental was clean with plenty of sitting and bed space. Things we didn’t realize we’d need were available in rental. Stripes gas station is super close by for the last minute beverage run. There’s construction happening in rental above but they were courteous on the start time and end time. We will be staying here in future again!
