Overall, everything was really nice. kitchen was perfect. Only wish there was a Keurig machine instead of just a coffee machine. We didn't drink coffee and wanted to make hot chocolate with the k-cups we brought, but not a big deal.

Nice getaway

Property is older but fixed up nicely. Clean and as expected. Great location. The pool was nice but chilly as it is not heated. This condo needs a door sweep as it allowed creepy crawlies in. Called management company on first day with questions and left a message. No response back. Overall, great stay. Would return.

Wonderful!

This beach house condo was wonderful. Very clean when we arrived and stocked with all the essentials needed (towels, soap, etc.). The building manager was very nice and always available if needed. The close proximity to the beach and pool were a huge plus and there was plenty of space for our entire family. We will definitely be revisiting this condo.

Beautiful location

This was a wonderful condo with beautiful location and ground floor. The only complain is the property was advertise for 6 people, it is by no means a 6 people accommodation space. The couch, is a very poor quality and is a recliner not a pull out bed. Even with 5 sleeping spaces it was very crowded , no room to get out of bed or in. Though the owner did send a folding bed, but there was no room for it. So we were not able to use it. This space will be great for 4 people.

Great Location

The first floor condo was so easy to access the pool and beach! Great location with a nice patio, kitchen, and plenty of room for my family. The pool was a hit! I would note there is no laundry detergent available, only 1 kitchen hand towel and no dish washer. I would recommend this property and stay here again, just bring a few extras.

We absolutely loved the property. Close to the beach and the property was very peaceful. The interior is nicely upgraded and you have a wonderful view of the ocean. Noticed a couple of items the property management team may want to be aware of: shower in guest bath leaks onto bathroom floor, one of the handrails for the steeps to the beach path behind the unit is very loose, the rug in the living room slips around so maybe a no skid mat underneath would help?, and we found a broken/cracked glass in the cupboard.

Awesome Location

The condo was amazing. Perfect location as we enjoyed seeing the beach from inside the condo and the path to the beach is literally right near the confo. It was incredibly convenient, we loved having a washer and dryer as well as a large sectional sofa to relax on at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend and will look forward to our next stay.

Perfect for a family getaway

This property has easy access to the beach from the back patio, was nicely decorated and had a comfortable sectional couch with two recliners to relax after a day in the sun. We used the kitchen a couple of nights (there isn’t a dishwasher) and went out to eat the rest of the time. The condo has a great location and everything we needed was within a mile or so.
