Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning, from your private balcony. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The condo is steps away from the pool (heated in the winter), and lush landscaped court yard.

Over 750 square feet, this condo, can accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children or 4 adults very comfortably). Sleep comfortably in a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and bath have beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessities and is equipped with blender, coffee maker and microwave. Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens/bath towels, and a washer/dryer combo are all available in the condo for your convenience. The Tiki Condominium complex has no elevators, and only has three floors (Each flight has 14 steps).

Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.

Swimsuits, clothes, food, drinks, and beach towels are all the supplies you need to have a wonderful time in the turquoise blue waters of South Padre Island; "THE PARADISE OF TEXAS".

Water activities include Schlitterbahn Beach Water park, dolphin watching, boogie boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties/pier/surf and fly fishing are all available. Birding & Nature Center and Sea Turtle, Inc right across the street from the Tiki are also popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30-minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. For golfers, golf is available at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.
