"I was sad to enter my very small room and find outdated furnishing, a worn out bed, stained curtains, hairs in my bed, hairs in the bathroom in many areas, one towel that appeared to have been used. I attempted to amend my reservation to reflect a corporate discount and the staff was unable to figure out how, they still have not provided a receipt or correct payment completion. The hot tub was broken, the pool area was not as expected and the halls were filled with shoes left behind from very noisy hockey teams that slammed doors until late. A generator was running outside my window until nearly 2am. I have no interest in returning. "
