Tahoe is calling! This charming, remodeled 3BD/2BA with fireplace, BBQ, hot tub, and sauna is set in a perfect forested neighborhood for a peaceful South Lake Tahoe getaway. Cradled by majestic pines, this home radiates charm with curated decor and thoughtful touches, blending serenity and style.

This home cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

The living room features a 65-inch TV, a reading nook by the wood stove fireplace, and ample seating with a three-person couch, lounge chairs, and coffee tables. The fully stocked remodeled kitchen features textured stone countertops, an updated full-sized LG fridge, dishwasher, gas range/stove, microwave, and high-end appliances including a 12-cup Cuisinart drip coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, and Ninja blender. Dining table seats 6 in the open-plan kitchen, with 3 at the kitchen bar.

After exploring trails, ski resorts, or beaches, unwind in the private sauna and hot tub.

This home does not have air conditioning.
