This is a great spot to escape from city life but close enough to many shops, restaurants, beaches, ski resorts, and the casinos at Stateline. We as well as VRBO highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance in case any situation comes up as we have a strict cancelation policy. We do not refund or modify for weather or road conditions so please prepare for that. (LIKE MOST PLACES IN TAHOE WE DO NOT HAVE AC). Parking in the village is very limited, especially during the winter months, we have a parking spot for one car located directly in front of your cabin. NO charcoal BBQs are allowed in the Tiny House Village due to high fire danger. **Outdoor cameras are active and in use for security and safety** We hope to have you stay and enjoy some relaxing vacation time in Tahoe!
