The property is very well kept, recently renovated, very comfortable and has everything you expect for a temporary accommodation. Greg is an excellent host and all the instructions and communication were very effective and clear. I will certainly stay at this place again.

Had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay at this great apartment style location. Was easy to locate on the Main Street, convenient parking and a great host who was prepared for our stay and very responsive when we had questions before our arrival. Was an ideal spot for us and had great restaurants in walking distance from our location, beautiful little town as well. Looking forward to hopefully rebooking in the future if we have to travel this way again.

The unit is small but comfortable and basically had everything that I required provided for my two night stay. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and acturately. I never did see the owner and because of the way the unit rental is set up I didn't need to meet with anyone. The entry stairs are a killer and after carrying a suitcase from the rear parking lot to the front door and having to scale those steps this old guy was ready for a rest!! The bathtub is very slippery and some anti-slip precautions should be installed when having a shower. I unfortunately fell in the shower and while I was laying on the floor I saw a anti-slip mat laying on the bottom shelf of the vanity pushed way to the back. I used it for the rest of my stay and there were no further incidents.

We happened to be there on the hottest day of the summer. An air conditioner in the bedroom would of really helped as the one in the front room didn't get the bedroom cool at all. That said, the floor standing fan helped. As to the rest of the place, it was extremely clean, comfortable bed, appliances were in top shape and plenty of hot water for showers. We would have zero hesitation to rebook this room again. We would just check with the weather forecast first and turn on the a/c before we went out to eat to help the air conditioner get a head start.

Great stay

We had a wedding in Exeter and this was a great place to stay. Everything we needed. Clean, centraly located, everything within walking distance. The owner was very helpful, easy to get a hold of and very prompt replying to any questions we had. Would recommend this place to stay.
