The neighborhood is next to the Van Buren Trail for biking/hiking, and just 0.5 miles to the "blue stairs" beach access (South Beach) and Kid's Corner Park. One mile to downtown South Haven.

Note: The pool is typically open from the start of Memorial Day weekend to the end of Labor Day weekend.

House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy is 16 people
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- NOTE: Home has a decibel monitoring sensor outside of the home.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
