Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! Unfortunately, the beach has disappeared (which btw we were not alerted to and the price of the rental certainly didn't reflect this huge issue) We find it disappointing nobody at Sleepy bothered to let us all know this fact? You'd think perhaps the rates would reflect this? Also, for the 4th year in a row the trash can in the kitchen still is the same old nasty can with a lid that doesn't work? For $5200 a week you'd think a new can could be purchased after a few years? Other than the rudeness of (Eric?) (office manager) we enjoyed our stay. Jackie was lovely as always and is a saving grace.

Sleepy Hollow is truly special!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been bringing our children to Sleepy Hollow for the past 6 years. Each of us wait all year to return to this favorite vacation spot! We enjoy the magnificent beach, children's activities, tennis court, swimming pool, playground, and beach bon fires!
