Beautiful Pool and Lake View

This special studio condo is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Walkable to downtown for shopping and great restaurants. Yet right here on Lake Michigan on our private association beach. Plenty of room to enjoy the lake or hang out in our very large pool and community desk. This property is on the third floor. There are no elevators in the building but the staircases have landings to make the trip easier. Being on the top floor the unit is quieter than most and the views or the best.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a stovetop. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great location, walkable to everything! The only issue was the AC unit was just ok. It was hot a couple of the days we were there and wanted the unit to get a little colder.
