The Space:

Happiness in Harwich is hard to hide from. A central location to numerous beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and some of the best dining on Cape Cod, your vacation is going to be an Absolute Beach.

Walk between the blue glass-capped deck posts and onto the side deck before entering this Harwich hideaway. Out here, you’ll find an outdoor dining table, propane grill, and access to the private backyard. Upon entering the home, a cozy breakfast nook and living room welcome you into this home. To your left, a large kitchen with plenty of counter space to cook up a vacation meal presides.

To the right of the entry door, you’ll find the living room. Sitting in the living room, you’ll be bathed with natural light from the bay window overlooking the front yard. An additional table is in the living room, the perfect spot for cocktails or a chips and drink station while watching a movie on a summer night.

Past the living room, the sleeping quarters of the home can be found. The first bedroom you’ll see is a cozy room with a large closet and beachy decor. Down the hall, an expansive primary suite, with king bed and en suite full bathroom, complete with jacuzzi tub, is a great place to catch some Zs. Across from the primary suite, the home’s final bedroom sits, complete with two queen beds.

Outside, a private backyard welcomes you to relax under the stars. Sit on the back patio around the fire pit, or let your pup run around in the fenced in yard.

Great Location!

We really loved staying here. Great location with 5 min walk to the beach and short drive to downtown Harwichport and Chatham. Plenty of room for family of 5!

Red River Getaway

We loved being able to walk down to Red River beach multiple times a day! The house is very cute, large bedrooms and the fenced-in yard was great for our dog.

Our host was extremely accommodating to our needs and our request for early check in access. The setting was a perfect location and near the wedding we were attending in the area. The carpet in the primary and into hallway is in need of repair/replacement and the sink in the primary bathroom needs a clean out as it was very slow to drain. Otherwise, this home provides all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Great beach access

My husband, myself, two kids (6 year old twins), and my mother-in-law stayed here and it was a great fit for our beach location. It was a quick walk down to the beach and we enjoyed how easy it was to fit a beach walk into our day after a full outing. This is our first time in Harwich (we usually stay in Chatham) and we will definitely be back.

Perfect location

A wonderful location! Walking distance to beach and center of town a short drive. The hallway carpets need some repairing and a small ant problem in one of the bedrooms. Overall a lovely get away cottage.

Disappointed by end of the week

At first, check in was easy. The host accommodated early check in which was great. As the week progressed however, we noticed a significant ant issue throughout the house and the screens on the doors were poor quality which led bugs in. We were very frustrated by the end of the week.
